I’m Becca, and I founded Mindful Movement in 2017 with a deep passion for nutrition, yoga, and helping people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. My journey has taken me through a diverse range of experiences — from working in private gyms and community centres to supporting fitness programs in prison facilities.

Fitness first became a meaningful part of my life when I started going to classes with my mum. During a time of grieving a family loss, we discovered yoga together, and it became our form of therapy. For me, movement became a place of release — a way to recharge, to heal, and to reconnect. Witnessing the positive transformation in my mum’s life affirmed what I knew in my heart: this was the work I was meant to do.

Today, I bring that same spirit of support and empowerment to every client I work with. My mission is to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected — both in body and mind. Through personalised training, chair-based community classes, yoga, breathwork, and nutritional support, I offer a compassionate, holistic approach to wellness.

I wholeheartedly believe that true health goes beyond the physical. I’m here to empower you with sustainable, person-centred guidance — tailored to fit your life, not the other way around.

Personal Training

Personal training services are available in the comfort of your home or online. Whether your goal is weight loss, mobility, or strength improvement, Becca provides individualised programs to suit your needs.

Chair-Based Classes

Chair-based fitness and yoga classes focus on improving mobility, strength, and flexibility for older adults or individuals with limited mobility. These 45-minute sessions offer a safe and accessible approach to staying active.

Nutritional Guidance

1:1 nutritional coaching provides personalised advice to help clients manage their weight, improve their diet, and adopt habits. Becca uses a client-centered approach, tailoring each plan based on specific health goals.

Class Timetable

All classes are currently held in Peterborough and Oundle. Peterborough runs from Southside Methodist Church, London Road on a Tuesday Morning and Thursday afternoon. Oundle classes vary and can be booked through the Oundle School Sports Centre.
